Adventures in Calgary

It was wonderful to get some quality time with Ginny, Ronin and Conner. They are growing up so incredibly fast. I miss them all very much. The boys were great with Molly. We all went to the park. Conner was helping Molly climb all over the big kid's play structure. I nearly had a heart attack when she was getting ready to come down the slide that was taller than me but she loved every second. She was totally smitten with them both. I had to laugh when she kept trying to do whatever they were doing. And for the rest of our vacation all she talked about was Ronin and Conner. I can't wait to put some of these photos up in her room so she can say hi to the boys everyday.

Another photo from before we left. I don't remember why Molly was so tired but she was exhausted and Noel was trying to keep her awake until it was her naptime...She finally just went over to where her soother had fallen on the floor and laid down. So cute.

Julie and Chris (and family) came by our place for a visit before we went to Ontario. It was so awesome to see them again and to meet Chris' kids. The last time I saw Kennedy she was only a couple of days old...now she's the cutest wee kid that likes to tell you what to say and when to say it. So funny. And Aaron is already so big. Sadly we didn't get to meet the people in Julie's life - maybe we will soon (hint hint Julie!). It's so incredibly how easy it is to connect with some people no matter how much time goes by.

We arrived home from our vacation adventures this past Sunday. We were all very tired. We were short 2 cameras (more on that later). We were dirty. But we were so very very happy to be home. Molly did amazingly well over the 2 weeks considering all the people she met and places we dragged her to. In just 2 short weeks she managed to add lots and lots of words to her vocab and wean herself! It was so great to have so much family time. Noel, Molly and I haven't had that much time together since she was born. I don't know if we'd ever try to fit so much into a vacation but it was wonderful seeing so many people that are important to us. I'm going to post our photos (luckily we downloaded them all before the cameras were stolen) over the next little while...It'll be nice to relive our adventures though these posts.
