Merry Ho Ho
I can't believe Molly's second Christmas has come and gone. We were lucky to have Gram Cookie (Yoo hoo) and Grandpa Jim with us to celebrate again this year. It was a pretty low key Christmas which was great because it meant none of us were overwhelmed by the usual holiday craziness. Molly enjoyed opening her first 3 presents and then she really couldn't understand why she wasn't allowed to just play with them instead of continuing to open more gifts. Sherri, Steven, and Gracie came over for Christmas dinner and the girls had a blast dancing in the "Asement" (that's what Molly is calling the basement these days). We got some good games of scrabble in and lots of colouring in Molly's new Dora book from Aunt Corey. Mom and Dad left on boxing day and we've been just enjoying our time together around the house and visiting with friends since then. We're having some people over for New Year's Eve and Noel is planning a fab veggie dinner (Arlene, you should be here!). I'm pretty sure Molly is over her ear and chest infections now. I need to get healthy too and then hopefully we can have a week where no one is sick before Molly goes back into the germ ridden day-home.

Gram Cookie and Gramp Jim arrive
Our holidays officially start today with the arrival of my parents. They're going to be in town until the 26th. Molly is pretty excited to see her "HOO HOO" and "JIM". I'm pretty excited to have my night away with Noel on Saturday. We're going to dinner at Capo and then to the Fairmont for the night.
Today I'm going out with Corrina to celebrate our birthdays with a delicious Indian lunch buffet. Tomorrow I'm going out for lunch with Brent. And then out for dinner with the family. Tis the season of over eating fa la la la la, la la la la.
I promise we'll take some pictures and actually post them over the holidays.
