She cracks me up
No photos today. Just a smattering of quotes from and information about my lovely and always entertaining daughter.
After hearing me giving Noel a hard time about buying a new cell phone
"Don't be grumpy like a mum, mum"
After asking her to get dressed to go to Suzanne's house
"You've got to leave me be mum. Just LEAVE ME BE!"
After hearing me complain about a hard day at work
"Don't forget to be happy mum"
She seems to be over her fear of the "moon dragon" and has moved on to being terrified of the "tiger gorilla". She also has an irrational (sometimes crippling) fear of cats, dogs, and bugs.
She has finally developed a love for my Marie-Louise Gay collection of books.
"No." "No mum." And "I don't want to". Are cropping up more and more in conversations with Molly.
She's totally potty trained in the day and most of her nights are dry.
Molly had a great visit with Noel's dad. I was so impressed that she didn't make strange with him at all. When she first saw him, she even ran right to him and gave him a big hug!
Than my mom came for a week and Molly got to stay home with her each day and just hang out. It was so awesome to see them playing together each morning before I left for work. They spent lots of time pouring over the Sear's Wish Book, and playing dress up.
Yesterday she got to spend the day with Auntie Jessie, Grandma Nancy, Grandpa Andrew and Uncle Adam. And Adam gave her her very first nose bleed!! Ha ha ha.
It's wonderful seeing how much she loves being with her family.
