Adventures in Calgary

I'm 33 weeks pregnant today. Jake is already head down (Yay) and he continues to be a super active baby. Noel and others have been totally freaked out by my undulating belly as Jake makes his presence known. I'm slowly wrapping things up at the office. I really can't wait to start my holidays and maternity leave. I'm still pretty tired most evenings so I haven't really been able to do much in the way of preparation for Jake's arrival. I'm hoping he stays in the oven at least until his due date, just so I have more time to get stuff done! We had a bit of a scare last week when I had 3 hours of Braxton Hicks contractions followed by hours of vomiting but the midwife thinks it was probably just food poisoning.

I'm so looking forward to holidays. It'll be great to have two weeks of solid family fun time. Mom and Dad are also coming for a visit so that'll be great. Molly is so excited to go to Callaway Park, the Zoo, Butterfield Acres and to just go to the park to fly her kite.

Our holidays also mark the end of Molly's time with Suzanne. She'll be changing over to 3 days a week with Valerie starting Aug 10th. I think it'll be a good change for her and for us.
